RW Sollinger Hütte GmbH is located in the picturesque town of Uslar in the heart of Germany.
The company was established as long ago as 1715 as a foundry and metal working business.

In 1966 the first components for bridges were produced.

Since 1984 we have specialized in the development, production, installation and repair of bearings and expansion joints for bridges and buildings, in conformity with relevant building regulations such as EN 1337.

In addition, we are now an established service provider for general bridge inspections, renovation and extension of old steel bridges, site supervision and other engineering services. Furthermore we can design and manufacture customized bearings to suit particular requirements in industries other than those controlled by building regulations.

The quality requirements fulfilled by RW Sollinger Hütte satisfy the criteria, for example, of
DIN ISO 9001, the Steel Construction Industry Quality Association (GGS/RAL),
the German railway (Deutsche Bahn AG) and French national railway (SNCF).

We have standard acceptance approval for our type WSG multi-element joints to TL/TP-FÜ for the German market and RVS 15.45 for the Austrian market.

Additionally we have approvals for:
slide bearings, pot bearings, spherical bearings, roller bearings and deformable bearings.
